Fentanyl intelligent cabinet is a specialized intelligent management device designed for hospital

pharmacies, anesthesiology departments, pharmacy departments, various wards, and operating

rooms. It strictly follows the national "Five Specials" management requirements to ensure the

standardized use and safe management of fentanyl drugs. This solution builds a nationwide

networked digital traceability system through intelligent means, realizing the full-process

traceability of each drug, strictly preventing illegal circulation, and ensuring public health and

safety.

The intelligent cabinet seamlessly connects with hospital HIS, anesthesia information system and

other systems to achieve specialized safety management of fentanyl drugs, including real-time

linkage of clinical data such as "storage/retrieval/use/recycling", ensuring accurate and error-free

data. Meanwhile, through the intelligent cabinet system, the relevant data of fentanyl drugs can

be synchronously uploaded to relevant law enforcement departments for easy supervision and

traceability, further enhancing the transparency and compliance of drug management.

Solution Architecture

The GA/T 2015-2023 General Technical Specification for Special Intelligent Cabinets of

Fentanyl-class Drugs, as the first specialized technical standard for fentanyl drug management in

China, was issued by the Ministry of Public Security. It features extremely stringent testing

requirements, aiming to enhance the storage, access and monitoring of fentanyl-class drugs via

intelligent technologies, ensure drug safety, and prevent illegal loss and abuse.

Xi'an Xitu Light Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dongkang Technology Co., Ltd. have jointly developed a fentanyl intelligent cabinet, delivering a complete solution for the nationwide traceability and management of narcotic and psychotropic drugs. The product has passed the inspection of the Ministry of Public Security with Certificate No.: GA-MJGK-25040581000999.
