Xi'an Xitu Zhiguang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 30, 2020, initiated by the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xi'an Jiaotong University and the Xi'an Institute of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. It is one of the first incubation projects of "Qin Chuangyuan" and the first roadshow project of the province's "Three Reforms". The company is committed to becoming a leading provider of intelligent Internet of Things (AIoT) technology services based on visual algorithms. With visual algorithms as the anchor point, it integrates IoT perception, artificial intelligence, and big data technologies to provide diversified digital products and services for the industry. Relying on the strong research capabilities of Xi'an Jiaotong University and the National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data Algorithms and Analysis Technology, a new paradigm of mathematical technology achievement transformation has been explored through the innovative model of "government industry university research funding", which includes basic research, applied technology research, technological innovation, and industrialization.

After years of deep cultivation and professional accumulation, the founding team has successfully overcome multiple challenges with its profound AIoT technology system based on visual algorithms and continuous innovation. Its technical level has broken through domestic bottlenecks and entered the international forefront. Has won honors such as the 7th European Biometric Recognition Research and Industry Alliance Award, the First Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Science and Technology, and the First Prize of Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science. Currently, we have obtained over 50 invention patents, design patents, and software copyrights. The company participated in the development of the group standards for "Technical Requirements for Security and Prevention 3D Facial Recognition Equipment" and "Technical Requirements for Palmprint Palm Vein Recognition System" organized by the Ministry of Public Security and the China Security Association, and is committed to contributing to the development of AIoT.

Since its establishment, the company has independently developed a large number of algorithms, modules, intelligent hardware, and system level solutions based on AIoT scenarios, which have been successfully used in business scenarios such as smart mines, smart warehousing, smart campuses, smart communities, smart security, and bank authentication systems. The company has established commercial cooperation with several well-known domestic enterprises and set up branch offices in multiple core cities in provinces such as Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shanxi. It has also successfully entered overseas markets, attracting the favor and attention of customers from France, Africa, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Brazil and other places. And in September 2024, it completed a Series A financing of tens of millions of yuan, and its professional strength and innovation ability in the field of intelligent IoT have been highly recognized by the capital market.
