Hard Technology Achievement Trading Conference

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the previous plenary sessions of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the high-quality transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, foster and develop new quality productivity, serve the construction of modern industrial system and build a community with a shared future for mankind, on November 7, the opening ceremony of 2025 "the Belt and Road" hard scientific and technological achievements trade and Shaanxi Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creation Conference was held in the technological innovation port in western China.

This hard technology achievement trading and Shaanxi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Creation Conference will have one opening ceremony, 14 special events, 17 project roadshows, and one achievement exhibition. The project sources include 35 top universities and scientific research institutions in China, such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and the Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has attracted more innovative forces from 18 countries and regions around the world, such as the United Kingdom, South Korea, Russia, and has initially built a "hard science and technology ecosystem" under the "the Belt and Road" framework.

Li Jiuhong, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, Ye Niuping, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Xi'an Municipal Party Committee, Lu Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Zhang Liqun, President of Xi'an Jiaotong University and academician of the CAE Member, and other important leaders attended the event. Relevant heads of national ministries and commissions, cities in other provinces, cities in the interior of the province, and provincial general offices and bureaus, representatives of SCO member states and national universities co built along the "the Belt and Road", representatives of sister universities, research institutes, enterprises, and venture capital institutions, as well as more than 30 media representatives from Xinhua News Agency, China Daily, China News Agency and other media attended.

At the signing ceremony, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xi'an Xitu Zhiguang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. reached an important cooperation agreement: the school invested in Xitu Zhiguang through a series of technological achievements such as "a low-quality 3D facial recognition method, system, equipment, and medium" at a fixed price. Professor Li Huibin from the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xi'an Jiaotong University and Mr. Liu Yang, Chairman of Xitu Zhiguang, signed the investment agreement on site as representatives of both parties. This cooperation is not only a vivid practice of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at Xi'an Jiaotong University, but also injects core technological momentum into the development of Xitu Zhiguang, creating a new situation of win-win between schools and enterprises.
